Watt Inference provides an application that runs a language model directly on your device. Access to the app may be limited during early release and is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to reverse engineer the app itself, or to misrepresent outputs generated by the model as human-authored where that would be misleading or harmful.
Model weights published on Hugging Face are distributed under their own separate license. Use of those weights outside the app is governed by that license, not these terms.
Model outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. The app is provided without warranties of any kind, and you are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watt Inference is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
